Shipping and Delivery

At Hopping Tails, we strive to provide the highest quality products for your pets. However, we do have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds:

  1. No Returns or Refunds: All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
  2. Replacement Policy: The only exception is if there is a manufacturing defect in the product. In such cases, we will replace the defective product with a new one. To qualify for a replacement, the product must meet the following conditions:

  4. Controlled Samples: Our controlled samples will serve as the benchmark to test for manufacturing defects. If the product does not match our quality standards, we will replace it.
  5. No Exceptions: Please note that we do not make exceptions to this policy. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
    1. Change of mind
    2. Pet preferences or allergies
    3.Incorrect ordering
    4. Opened products
  6. Quality Assurance: We take pride in our quality control process, and every product is thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days with photos and details of the issue.
